Breaded Mushrooms: Our mushrooms are batter dipped and then either baked or fried to a golden brown and served with a spicy ranch style sauce.

Bruschetta in Sun Dried Tomato: Italian bread rounds spread with a sun dried tomato and olive oil spread.  Topped with ricotta cheese.

Burgundy Beef Balls: These beef balls are unique.  We take our Italian style beef balls, add a touch of burgundy wine, wrap them in a slice of bacon, and bake them just right.  They're served with a special mustard sauce.

Virginia Cured ham Platter: ham is cured in brown sugar, spices, bourbon and then baked.  It is then garnished and served with soft dinner rolls and gourmet mustard.
