LauLau - Spinach
leaf, chunks of chicken, and chunks or pork are all enclosed in a
banana leaf (not edible, only for flavor) and steamed until
tender. This entree is not only an island tradition but an island
favorite. Kahlua Pig - Our
pig is marinated in a special blend of sauces and spices, and then
slow roasted for about 15 hours until the meat falls off of the
bone. Also known as Hawaiian Barbecue, this one will make your
mouth absolutely water.
Teriyaki Beef Skewers - Thin
strips of beef are marinated on our very own teriyaki blend,
skewered, and then grilled to perfection! Always a favorite!
Soyu Chicken - Chicken thigh
(boneless skinless breast upon request) is parboiled in a mixture
of soy sauce, sugar, water, garlic, ginger, salt & pepper. It is
then finished off in the oven where the flavors are sealed in.
This one is one to remember.
