prepared fresh for your luau. You can choose from dishes like pork or
chicken laulau, kalua pig, lomi salmon, chicken long rice, and haupia. We
can provide all of the essentials for a back yard set-up right down to the tiki
torches or we can turn your indoor event into an elegant island celebration.

Barbecue Package 1: This is our basic
bbq package. It will include hot dogs, hamburgers, condiments, baked
beans, macaroni salad, watermelon slices, cookies & brownies, and lemonade.
The cost per person for this package is $9.00. Paper products are also
included.
Barbecue Package 2: Take a step up and
make it a little healthier! Our package 2 will include boneless skinless
barbecue chicken breast, beef skewers, deluxe baked beans, macaroni salad,
watermelon slices, cookies & brownies, and lemonade. The cost per person
for this package is $12.00. Paper products are also included.
Barbecue Package 3: Mix it up a
little! We'll take our mouth watering barbecue chicken quarters and
combine them with our hot dogs & hamburgers. Then we'll add our deluxe
baked beans, macaroni salad, watermelon slices, cookies & brownies, lemonade and
some condiments of course. The cost per person for this package is $14.00.

Barbecue Package 4: This one's our
grand daddy package! You'll get to partake in our very own, special
recipe, pulled bbq pork. Add a few beef
skewers, throw in our own bbq chicken, and decorate it all up with our deluxe
baked beans, macaroni salad, corn on the cobb, watermelon slices, cookies &
brownies, and lemonade or canned soda's and there you have it! Our grand
daddy of barbecue packages. We dare you to try it! The cost per
person for this package is $16.00. Paper products are also included.
